Miguel Mihura’s life was filled with disappointments, heartbreak, failures, and the occasional success that appeared almost at the end of his life. A success, that of Tres sombreros de copa, came when he managed to premiere his great work two decades after writing it. This is the story of that somewhat bitter achievement. The story of a life split in half, that of Miguel and that of Mihura, which was forever linked to the birth of his first text.
