Esencia
Pierre and Cecil, two old friends, meet again after many years. Their conversation, interspersed with memories and reflections, is punctuated by the expectation of a mysterious author who will never arrive. Or perhaps he has been present all along? Essence is one of Ignacio García May’s most enigmatic works, a labyrinth of perceptions where reality wavers and becomes blurred. An invitation to reflect and question our own certainties, an exploration of the reality that surrounds us. Essence is the very nonexistence of reality.
