Tubular Bells by Opus One

The Music of Mike Oldfield

“A sonic ritual, a journey to the heart of eternity.” More than half a century ago, a young man named Mike Oldfield opened a secret door in music: Tubular Bells. A sonic incantation that forever changed the way we listen, feel, and imagine. Today, the Opus One ensemble carries that flame and raises it to the present. On stage, a contemporary orchestra of 12 virtuoso musicians performs the complete works of Tubular Bells with rigor and sensitivity, weaving a bridge between the memory of the 1970s and the sensibilities of the 21st century. The experience is completed with a visual and sonic display that envelops the audience in a timeless journey, where music becomes ritual and celebration.
