Ignatius Farray

Fascismo del bueno

Ignatius Farray is a comedian from Tenerife who started in stand-up comedy 20 years ago, and since then, he’s been touring the country. Many of us already know him because he had a show on Cadena SER with David Broncano and Héctor de Miguel called “La vida moderna” (Modern Life); because he’s written three books for Temas de hoy (Today’s Themes), part of the Planeta group; because he starred in a series about his life, “El fin de la comedia” (The End of Comedy), which was nominated for an Emmy Award; or because he’s gotten into trouble for tweeting, and we all know his tendencies. In 2024, he completed a Master’s degree in theatrical creation directed by playwright and director Juan Mayorga at Carlos III University. He also collaborates on the program “A vivir” (To Live) with Carles Francino. For those of you who don’t know him: you either love him or you hate him, so the best thing to do is come and see for yourself.
